You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying AI technology or intellectual property that makes up the NanoBanana AI service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of NanoBanana AI and any third parties.
You retain ownership of the images you generate using our service, but the core NanoBanana AI platform and AI models remain the property of NanoBanana AI.
Generated images may contain SynthID watermarks as part of Google's Gemini technology for content authenticity verification.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using NanoBanana AI:

Generating or uploading content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
Creating images that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Using the service to generate explicit, violent, or inappropriate content
Attempting to reverse engineer or access our AI models or proprietary technology
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to bypass any security features or usage limits of the service

Pricing and Payments

Payment terms are based on your selected payment method and plan
Credits are consumed at a rate of 5 credits per image generation for 1K/2K resolution, or 10 credits for 4K resolution
Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties
